A remix is typically found on such products as Ultimix, Xmix, Hot Tracks, and others. These companies take the original song, original artists, and have an independent remixer make the song more DJ friendly. They do this by adding 16 to 32 measures of intro, middle and outro beats. They also bring up the drum and bass tracks to make the song have more punch on the dance floor. These types of remixes are usually much better than what is available on regular CD or CD single and are extended dance mixes from 4-9 minutes in length. We will list the item as a remix. If there is no remix designation, it is probably the original artist song with a radio edit.
